Highland Lakes Distribution is an authorized distributor of Bioenno Power LiFePO₄ lithium batteries and related products. We operate as a direct-to-consumer (DTC) and direct-to-business (DTB) retailer serving customers throughout the United States.

3. Products and Descriptions

We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including specifications, compatibility, dimensions, weight, and performance characteristics. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or any other Site content is completely accurate, current, or error-free.

Authorized Products: All Bioenno Power batteries sold through Highland Lakes Distribution are genuine, authorized products backed by full manufacturer warranty. We do not sell grey-market, refurbished, or counterfeit products.

Product Availability: We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product listings on the Site do not constitute a guarantee of availability.

Technical Specifications: Battery specifications including cycle life, capacity, weight, and runtime estimates are provided based on manufacturer data and standard test conditions. Real-world performance may vary based on temperature, usage patterns, charge/discharge rates, and connected equipment.

4. Orders and Pricing

Order Acceptance: Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.

Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

Errors: In the event of a pricing error on our Site, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly. You will have the option to reorder at the correct price or receive a full refund.

Taxes: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on your shipping address. Tax requirements vary by state and are subject to change.

5. Payment

6. Shipping and Delivery

Free Shipping: Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders as indicated on the Site. Shipping promotions are subject to change without notice.

Shipping Carriers: We ship via standard ground carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Carrier selection is at our discretion unless a specific service is selected and paid for at checkout.

Processing Time: Most in-stock orders ship within 1–2 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Delivery Estimates: Delivery estimates provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Highland Lakes Distribution is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address: You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Highland Lakes Distribution is not liable for orders lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lithium Battery Shipping: LiFePO₄ (lithium iron phosphate) batteries are classified as non-hazardous for standard ground shipping. Air freight restrictions may apply. We ship to all 50 U.S. states via ground service.

7. Returns and Refunds

Return Window: We accept returns of unopened, unused products in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.

Condition Requirements: Returned products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging, accessories, and documentation intact. Products showing signs of installation, use, or damage are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or our error.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened batteries that have been connected or charged are not eligible for return unless defective.

Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]. We will work with you and Bioenno Power to resolve the issue under the applicable manufacturer warranty.

8. Warranty

Manufacturer Warranty: All Bioenno Power products sold by Highland Lakes Distribution are covered by Bioenno Power's manufacturer warranty. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage are determined by Bioenno Power and apply to the original purchaser.

Warranty Claims: To initiate a warranty claim, contact us at [email protected] with your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue. As an authorized dealer, we will facilitate the warranty process with Bioenno Power on your behalf.

Warranty Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage resulting from improper installation, use of incompatible chargers, physical damage, water damage beyond the product's rated specifications, modifications, or use outside the manufacturer's specified operating conditions.

No Extended Warranty: Highland Lakes Distribution does not offer independent extended warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HIGHLAND LAKES DISTRIBUTION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OUR SITE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR PURCHASE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such states, our liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

11. Product Safety and Proper Use

Lithium iron phosphate batteries must be installed, charged, and used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable safety guidelines. By purchasing our products, you agree to:

Use only LiFePO₄-compatible chargers as recommended by Bioenno Power

Follow all installation guidelines provided with the product

Not attempt to disassemble, modify, or repair the battery

Store and operate the battery within the manufacturer's specified temperature ranges

Keep the battery away from water, fire, and flammable materials unless explicitly rated for such conditions

Contact us or the manufacturer if you have any questions about safe use before installation

Highland Lakes Distribution is not liable for property damage, personal injury, or other losses resulting from improper installation, incompatible equipment, misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.

12. SMS Communication & Consent

By providing your phone number to Highland Lakes Distribution through our website, forms, landing pages, or QR code opt-ins, you expressly consent to receive SMS (text) messages from Highland Lakes Distribution.
